ACE Reauthorization Act Signed into Law
The America’s Conservation Enhancement Reauthorization Act sprinted to the finish line ahead of the holiday recess in D.C., getting President Biden’s signature on Dec. 23 after the Senate approved a final, bicameral amended version on Dec. 18. The timeline was crucial with many of the fish and wildlife programs folded into the original ACE Act – passed in 2020 – set to expire in 2025 now extended through 2030. The Senate and House versions were both led by members of the Congressional Sportsmen’s Caucus.
