FOXF is buying Wheelhouse Holdings, the baseball and softball equipment maker’s parent company, from its former owner, Compass Diversified Holdings and other entities for an enterprise value of $572.0 million. The deal is expected to close this month. To pay for it, Fox inked a commitment letter to secure a $400 million term loan and a delayed draw $200 million term loan through its existing credit facility.
