Wolverine Worldwide Sells Sperry to Authentic Brands
Authentic Brands Group will pay $130 million for the iconic, but struggling boat shoe brand and has already inked a North American license with Aldo Group. Aldo will handle all aspects of operating the Sperry brand here, including wholesale, e-commerce and store operations. In addition, Aldo is in charge of product design, production and distribution for the brand worldwide.
