Report: Gunmakers Plan Supreme Court Appeal
Smith & Wesson, Sturm, Ruger, and the six other U.S. firearms companies that are being sued by the Mexican government in federal court, plan to appeal an adverse Appeals Court ruling to the Supremes, Reuters reported.
