GIL’s newly installed directors entered Monday’s annual meeting unopposed after last week’s mass exodus of the legacy board and CEO Vince Tyra, , which ended Friday with the reappointment of ousted CEO Glenn Chamandy back to the big chair and Michael Kneeland as nonexecutive board chairman.
