The Big Cat showed broad-based strength regionally and by product as it reported net income of €100.5 million ($111.8 mm) against €77.5 million on an 18% jump in sales to €1,477.6 million ($1,643.7 mm) compared to €1,241.7 million for the third quarter ended Sep. 30.
Net income increased 5% to $77,810,000 in the fiscal second quarter ended Sep. 30 from $74,372,000 last year as revenue rose 1% to $542,205,000 from $501,913,000, including a 2% increase from Ugg and a 50% jump from Hoka One One.
The luxury outerwear brand saw total sales increase 12% in the third quarter to €425.0 million ($472.2 mm) from €379.1 million that had a small benefit from foreign exchange and were up 10% constant currency.
