Net income increased 5% to $77,810,000 in the fiscal second quarter ended Sep. 30 from $74,372,000 last year as revenue rose 1% to $542,205,000 from $501,913,000, including a 2% increase from Ugg and a 50% jump from Hoka One One. Gross margin improved 20 b.p. to 50.4% and SG&A increased 9% to $175,893,000 from $161,475,000 while expanding 20 b.p. as a percentage of sales. DECK raised its full year guidance and now expects sales of $2.115 to $2.140 billion, a gross margin of approximately 50.8%, and SG&A slightly lower than 36% as a percentage of sales.
