Nike extended its run as the number one apparel and footwear brand, according to the Fall 2020 edition of Piper Sandler’s Taking Stock with Teens survey, with a 27% share of votes in apparel, up from 25% last Spring, and a 52% share in footwear, up from 47%.
The Columbus, OH-based strength equipment company said that it has nearly doubled its workforce to 1250 from 650 and expanded its manufacturing and distribution facility to 1,450,000 sq. ft. from 650,000 sq. ft., in an e-mail sent to customers.
GPRO said that its subscription service has passed 500,000 members as of the end of the third quarter, and now expects to exceed its year-end target of 600,000 to 700,000 paid subscribers.
The Big Cat’s former owner has sold another 5.9% of the company for €74.50 per share, netting about €656 million ($773 million) and reducing its holding to about 9.8% of outstanding shares.
Martini is suing Egli & Associates, Inc., which does business as Upright Golf, in Detroit, MI, federal court for infringing on its registered trademarks for golf tees styled to look like martini glasses.
