John Donahoe, current president and CEO of ServiceNow, Inc. and a Nike board member since 2014, will take over on Jan. 13 when Mark Parker, CEO since 2006 and chairman since 2016 when co-founder Phil Knight stepped down, will become executive chairman.
The founder of the brand will become executive chairman and brand chief while Frisk will assume responsibility for all day-to-day operations as CEO. The changes are effective Jan. 1.
