Motions by Munish Sood and Brian Bowen Sr. to dismiss cross claims that they defrauded Adidas were denied by the court, basically on the grounds that the veracity of the parties claims against each other were a matter for a jury to decide rather than by a judge at an early stage of the litigation. Adidas, at #11, was the highest ranked sporting goods industry company to feature on the annual list, which market research firm Statista compiles for Forbes from a survey of 160,000 workers in 58 countries.
