VF Corp. Finishes FY22 Strong, as Tax Bill Looms


Net income slipped 10% in the fiscal fourth quarter ended Mar. 31 to $80,842,000 from $89,520,000 last year, on revenues that were 9% higher at $2,824,664,000 up from $2,582,672,000, driven by a huge gain from The North Face. Sales in the U.S. market increased 12% to $1,418.6 million, EMEA grew by 15% (22% CC) to $883.4 million, and non-U.S. Americas gained 17% (+18% CC) to $144.9 million. Only APAC was negative for the quarter due to Covid lockdowns in China, declining 11% (-10% CC) to $377.7 million.
