Tilly’s and Zumiez both saw revenues tumble in the quarter-to-date period, blaming inflationary pressures on consumer spending for putting coal in their stockings. TLYS fared somewhat better, reporting a 13% drop in sales to $150.9 million for the 9-week Holiday period, with blended comps down 14.4%, lapping a 14.1% gain. Brick-and-mortar comps were down 15.3%, including double-digit declines across geographies, while e-commerce sales were down 13%. Total Q4 sales are guided between $178 and $180 million, down 12% at the midpoint.
