Target Rolls Out All in Motion Activewear Line
The new apparel brand was developed in-house by Target’s designers, and launches later this month, replacing C9 by Champion in the mass merchant’s 1,800-plus stores and online. The company is aiming for $1 billion in sales for All in Motion in its first year, a sizable jump from C9. Target never revealed its C9 sales, but Champion parent Hanesbrands said the brand was worth about $380 million per year at wholesale. A top line of $1 billion would make All in Motion one of TGT’s larger owned brands.
