Supreme Court Declines to Hear Jumpman Photo Case


Photographer Jacob Rentmeester, who took the original photo of a leaping Michael Jordan that became a logo selling billions in Nike goods, had seen his suit thrown out by a district court than denied by a 2-1 vote in the Ninth Circuit.
