Sporting Goods Sales Finish 2021 Strong
Adjusted sales for sporting goods/hobby/book and music stores continued their recent pace of double-digit gains with an 18% improvement in Dec. to $9,140 million from $7,737 million last year, growing 38% over 2019, according to Commerce Dept. data.
