Ingemie will end a 40-year career after the 2016 SIA Snow Show, tentatively slated to end on Jan. 31, 2016. His successor will begin a transitional role at SIA in June, ascending to president in Feb. 2016 when Ingemie transitions into a role as immediate past president and begins overseeing an archival project aimed at preserving the organization’s 60+ years. Ingemie joined SIA in 1976 as marketing director and became president in 1981.
