SFIA To Testify Against China Tariffs
The June 25 scheduled testimony strongly backs President Trump’s goal of improving China’s respect for intellectual property but sees tariffs as the wrong method for improving compliance while causing considerable harm to sporting goods companies’ supply chains and ultimately raising prices to consumers that will have the unintended consequence of depressing sports activity and raising health care costs.
