The bankrupt shoe brand said that it expects the Charlesbank stalking horse bid to exclude its 60 North American stores and asked the Court to consider its Store Closing Sale Motion to quickly conduct GOB sales once the 25-day no liquidation period expires. There are currently 27 Rockport stores in the U.S. and 33 in Canada, including full-price and outlet stores.
