Puma Wraps up Borussia Dortmund for €250 Million
The Big Cat will extend its deal with the German football club that would have expired Jul.1 of next year for another eight years. BVB will get the equivalent of €31 million annually under the new deal, about triple the amount it was receiving from Puma under the existing deal. The two have had a close relationship since 2012 with Puma taking a 5% stake in the club in 2014 and CEO Bjorn Gulden sitting on the club’s board.
