NPD Holiday Forecast Sees More Optimistic Consumer
By a slight margin, consumers are a bit more optimistic about their Holiday spending plans for 2015, according to a recent survey by the research company. Some 15% of consumers said they planned to spend more this year compared to just 12% last year, and the percentage planning to spend less than last year dropped to 16% from 20% last year.
