Kanye Quits Gap, Is Adidas Next?


Following last week’s Instagram tirade against the two brand partners, Kanye West’s attorneys notified GPS in a letter that he was terminating their deal. The terms of West’s contract called for Gap to sell at least 40% of the Yeezy Gap assortment in stores during H2 ’21, and to open at least five stores dedicated to the brand, both targets which the struggling retailer apparently failed to meet.
