JD Sports Fined for Illicit Footasylum Meeting
The U.K.-based retail conglomerate continues to run afoul of regulators there, and has been fined £4.3 million ($5.8 mm) by the Competition and Markets Authority for sharing information with Barry Bown, CEO of the Footasylum chain it acquired in May 2019.
