The U.K. retail conglomerates JD Sports and Frasers Group have tucked in two small retailers, men’s apparel store Wellgosh, and fashion clothing seller Psyche, respectively. Fashion Network reported the Wellgosh deal, which apparently occurred in Sep., and was just recently revealed in a filing. JD’s chief Peter Cowgill and CFO Neil James Greenhalgh were named directors, while founder Pete Turner exited, according to the report.
