Helen of Troy’s Home & Outdoor segment, home to Hydro Flask and Osprey, saw sales fall 7% to $228,937,000 from $246,135,000 for the fiscal third quarter ended Nov. 30. The drop was led by a 23% slip in organic sales, partially offset by a $43.3 million incremental contribution from Osprey, which was acquired Dec. 29, 2021.
