Finish Line Outperforms for JD Sports in H1


JD’s net income attributable to equity holders slipped 60% to £37.5 million ($46.5 mm) in the fiscal first half ended Aug. 1 from £94.1 last year, on 6% lower revenues of £2,544.9 million ($3,157.4 mm) down from £2,721.2 million. The bottom line included £20.4 million for the restructuring of Go Outdoors this year, against £28.7 million of restructuring and other charges last year.
