Fila Sees Slowing U.S. Sales, Higher Inventories


Acushnet’s continued solid performance and the strong dollar offset parent Fila’s struggles elsewhere in the fourth quarter, sending consolidated revenue up 4% to KRW 896,740 million ($659.5 mm) from KRW 859,258 million the year before. Constant currency revenues fell 7%. Net income for the quarter was distorted by a KRW 127,026 tax refund, resulting in a profit attributable to shareholders of KRW 134,295 million ($98.8 mm), up from KRW 5,947 million.
