Delta Revenues Fall on Shorter Holiday Calendar


Delta Apparel said it now expects revenues for the final quarter of the year, its fiscal Q1, to be approximately $95 million, down 7% from $101.7 million last year, in a presentation at the ICR Conference. The revenue dip was mostly attributable to its Delta Group and Salt Life Group businesses that were impacted by the shorter holiday calendar combined with an earlier shipping cut-off for in-hands holiday receipts. These losses were partially offset by strength in the Salt Life DTC channel, both online and brick-and-mortar.
