Deckers Narrows Loss on Double-Digit Topline Improvement


Net loss narrowed to narrowed to $19,351,000 compared to $30,407,000 in DECK’s seasonally small first fiscal quarter as revenue rose 10% (+12% CC) to $276,890,000 from $250,0594,000 driven by gains from Ugg and Hoka One One. Wholesale rose 11% to $196.6 million, while DTC sales improved 10% to $80.3 million including +16.2% DTC comps. Domestic wholesale benefited from the expansion of Ugg and Hoka to grow 15%., but those gains were partially offset by softness in the international UGG business.
