The Brazilian retailer and distributor’s new Fisia entity, handling the Nike brand there, accounted for 47% of total sales with BRL 728,432,000 ($137.5 million) in revenue. The wholesale channel brought 61% of sales; digital had 21%; and 18% came from Nike outlets. Gross margin was 36.1% for the segment. As the company works through the first fiscal year with the two entities, Fisia’s outlets and digital DTC operations got a call out for improved efficiencies, along with some logistics contracts now being negotiated in tandem with Centauro where synergies exist.
