Canada Goose Loss Grows in Q1, but Guidance Maintained


DTC revenue was up 183% to $29.4 million, despite owned retail losing about 20% of trading days globally in the quarter. Global e-commerce was up 81%, with low-triple-digit growth in EMEA, led by the UK, and in APAC, led by Mainland China. Canada e-commerce posted a high 70% range growth rate, and the U.S. was up in the high 40% range. Total Mainland China DTC sales were up 189%. Wholesale tripled to $25.8 million, but the Other segment of PPE products dropped to just C$1.1 million from C$7 million, and is not expected to contribute significantly going forward.
