Bollé Brands is Born
The new company was formed by A&M Capital to run the Bollé Safety business and the consumer eyewear and helmet businesses of Bollé, Cébé and Serengeti bought from Vista Outdoor for $158 million in August. Bollé Safety and the consumer eyewear and helmet business each contributed about half of Bollé Brands’ $151 million in 2017 sales, but the safety business is highly profitable, while the rest loses money.
