Anta Offloads Amer Shares to Deconsolidate Results


Various entities controlled by Anta’s main shareholders and management will acquire the non-voting shares of the holding company that owns Amer Sports for €133.3 million. Proceeds from the sale will be used for general corporate purposes. As a result of the transaction, Anta will no longer have to consolidate Amer Sports numbers in its reporting structure which would have been dilutive. However, the voting shares in the holding company will remain as part of Anta.
