Anta H1 Sales Grow Double Digits despite Lockdowns


Anta Sports Products’ net income attributable to shareholders slipped 7% to RMB 3,588 million ($542.3 mm) in the first half, from RMB 3,840 million last year, on a 14% increase in first half revenues to RMB 25,965 million ($3,924.6 mm) from RMB 22,812 million. The top line was boosted by contributions from its direct-to-consumer and e-commerce segments, which helped to offset a 34% sales decline in the traditional wholesale business that was adversely impacted by the pandemic.
