Jie (James) Zheng, executive director and president of Anta, will replace Heikki Takala as president and CEO of the company with Takala moving to a new role as special advisor to Amer’s board. Anta, of course, controls the consortium that owns Anta along with three minority owners: Lululemon founder Chip Wilson and investors Tencent and Fountainvest. They bought out the Finnish company last year with a €5.2 billion bid.
