Nike has publicly re-filed its motion against class certification in the long-running sex discrimination suit first filed in 2018 by former employees Kelly Cahill and Sara Johnston, revealing its arguments that were initially filed under seal.
Revenues increased 26% in the first quarter to about $383.3 million from $303.4 million last year, lapping a 15% improvement prior, as the footwear maker’s factories are running at full capacity.
Dubbed “Buy with Prime,” the new service is designed to expand the shopping experience for members of the Amazon Prime service.
