The Chinese retailer and mall operator’s special purpose acquisition company, TKK Symphony Acquisition, has raised US$250 million to date in partnership with an international fund for future mergers and acquisitions in the sporting goods space.
The Chinese footwear and apparel brand, which closed on its acquisition of KSGB and its K-Swiss, Palladium and Supra brands Aug. 1, said that Michael Yuan, president of Xtep Global Brands Group, would lead the subsidiary as CEO.
