White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow said that the 10% tariffs on List 4 Chinese imports may not be imposed if Beijing indicates it’s willing to negotiate in good faith, in an interview on CNBC.
Net loss was $4,599,000 in the second quarter against income of $3,587,000 last year on licensing revenues that declined 20% to $26,415,000 from $33,126,000.
