Taiwan-based Eclat Textile, which makes apparel for NKE and LULU among others, is now looking to diversify its production outside of Vietnam into Indonesia and Cambodia, Bloomberg reported.
The company said it would not be able to file its financials for fiscal year ended Apr. 28 on time due to last year’s acquisition of House of Fraser and complexities integrating its accounts, and now expects to report its results between Jul. 26 and Aug. 23.
