The Latin American digital apparel and footwear retailer, which lost BRL 245.5 million ($60.3 mm) for the nine months ended Sep. 30 and last week announced it was exploring strategic alternatives, is a possible acquisition target for Magazin Luiza and B2W, two of the countries largest and most successful retailers who have minimal presence in the softgoods market at present.
Comprehensive net income at the Taiwanese sneaker maker surged 71% to NT$5,669,006,000 ($187.1 mm) in 2018 from NT$3,309,611,000 on 10% higher revenues of NT$64,497,644,000 ($2,128.6 mm) up from NT$58,633,388,000, with sales to Nike, by far its largest customer, increasing 11% to NT$ $53,998,871,000 ($1,782.1 mm) from $48,755,922,000.
