Proclaiming its restructuring largely complete, BDE nearly broke even in the fourth quarter, narrowing its loss to $1,389,000 compared to a loss of $20,725,000 last year, as revenues were 6% lower at $41,399,000 vs. $44,076,000 but off just 2% constant currency.
