Net income for the multi-banner Japanese retailer increased five-fold to ¥4,596 million ($40.4 mm) in the first nine months of its fiscal year, from ¥888 million prior, as revenues grew 12% to ¥167,045 million ($1,469.2 mm) from ¥149,662 million.
