Net income at the Brazilian footwear maker rose 49% to BRL 81,220,000 ($15.5 mm) over BRL 54,583,000 on 35% higher revenues of BRL 620,005,000 ($118.5 million) from BRL 459,054,000. Apparel and Accessories led the top line gain at 59% growth to BRL 61.6 million followed by Athletic Footwear’s 52% gain to BRL 506.6 million. Both benefited from the acquisition of the Mizuno brand, along with strength in Olympikus and Under Armour.
