VSTO said its ammunition business has been going full-speed to supply outsized demand that is buying up everything it can make, in a virtual fireside chat at the C.L. King investor conference. Consumer unease that started with the coronavirus pandemic and stay-at-home orders, escalated into panic buying of guns and ammo when TV and social media filled with images of protests and violence after the George Floyd killing.
