Three months after Mark DeYoung’s abrupt departure from VSTO’s helm, its board named the former president and CEO of Arctic Cat as his replacement. Metz will be tasked with managing the company through the hangover that still persists after its aggressive shopping spree in the outdoor market after going public in 2015.
