VF Confident in Hitting Targets as Major Brands Ramp up
With Vans continuing to show strong momentum, The North Face ready to accelerate and Timberland ready to turn the corner, VF Corp. told analysts that it was confident in its ability to hit its financial targets and gradually grow margins. Despite the disruption of the move to Denver and the spin-off of the jeans business, VF remains in the hunt for acquisitions of strong lifestyle brands but also said it didn’t need to do anything, which would seem to suggest that the rumors about Skechers weren’t much more than that.
