Vans, Lululemon Gain in Teen Survey
Vans inched up 1% as teens’ second-favorite footwear brand to 20% in Piper Jaffray’s spring 2019 iteration of its Taking Stock With Teens survey, the closest any sneaker brand has gotten to Nike, which was flat atop the list at 41%. In the footwear category, Adidas slipped 1% to 13% from 14% in the fall 2018 survey, while Converse and Foot Locker rounded out the top five. Nike also dominated the top apparel brands with 22%, the same as last fall, with American Eagle second at 9% and Adidas in third, though The Big a dropped to 5% this spring ...
