Net income came in at $59,207,000 for the second quarter, rebounding from last year’s $182,895,000 loss, as Under Dog’s revenues jumped 91% to $1,351,534,000 from $707,640,000, and were up 13% from Q2, 2019. Profitability was helped by restructuring and impairment charges that were just $2.6 million, against $38.9 million last year, and last year’s quarter also had $34.4 million in revenues from the since-divested connected fitness business.
