Trump Agrees to Reopen Government for Until Feb. 15
The deal does not include funds for a border wall and President Trump said that if he and Congress are unable to reach a deal on funding his wall by Feb. 15, he will either shut down the government again or declare a national emergency to get his wall that way. The latter is likely to draw a court challenge and is a route that many Congressional Republicans oppose.
