Sportsmans Warehouse said it is back in expansion mode after its terminated merger agreement with Bass Pro and Cabela’s parent Great Outdoors Group had put reins on new reach through 2021, in a presentation at Lake Street’s conference. The current 122-store fleet across 29 states is set add 7-10 locations this year, continuing the expansion into the East and Southeast region, and picking up existing structures where possible. New stores are already set for Stansbury and Saratoga Springs, UT, Riverton, WY, Santee, CA, and Cincinnati, OH.
