Sports Direct Asks EU to Investigate Nike, Adidas Market Power


The U.K. sporting goods giant, which has for years complained about its treatment by Nike and Adidas as it heavily discounted their products at the expense of small retailers, now rushes to their defense after the Sunday Times picked up on the story that Nike has been whittling down its account base of what it calls “undifferentiated retailers” to bolster its DTC operation.
